Use Debit/Credit Card

We offer online credit and debit card payment option in order for you to have a safe and secure shopping experience. We use additional security tools to ensure your card details are not saved on our systems or accessed by any 3rd party. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Also, there is no additional service fee when you pay for your items using a credit or debit card.


Use Cash on delivery (COD)

This is an alternative payment option available for you if you do not have access to credit or debit cards or you are not comfortable making electronic payments. This option allows you to pay for your order by cash to the delivery person when you receive delivery of your order. We provide Free delivery for all purchases above AED (Home appliances are not included in free shipping) in UAE.We are providing Cash on delivery Service in Oman and Saudi Arabia with a small amount of shipping charge 35 AED and 55 AED respectively.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At awasonline.com we offer you 1-day return policy. If the product you ordered has any manufacturing defect, you can request for your product to be returned. All you need to do is:
Contact our customer service team at info@awasonline.com or call us on +971 656 625 20 to initiate the process.or you can use the chat service in the awasonline website to initiate the process.
We will log your return request and send you a return airway bill .
Our courier partner will call you and pick up the product(s) from you. Kindly make sure you acknowledge the return receipt along with all the details of the order.
Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully: An item may only be returned within 3 working days from the date you receive your product It must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels Items less than 100AED value are not eligible for returns Items with No Warranty are not eligible for returns We do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
- Leaking batteries
- Exposure to liquid (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles;
- Use of the item with unsuitable ink or toner; or
- Abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Servicing or modification of the item other than by awasonline.com, or their authorized service agents; or
- Use of the item with other accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) that do not conform to specifications of the Manufacturer.


Note : Your product warranty only applies if there is a defect in the device wholly or substantially, due to faulty manufacture during the warranty period.
You must ensure that your product identification number or code (for example, IMEI number or UPC code) is available. If the product is removed from its packaged box, we will not be able to cover the costs of repair. In such scenarios, we may not be able to cover your product under warranty. However, you can contact our customer service team and they can attempt to help you retrieve the serial number.
All warranties are valid within UAE only Some items sold on awasonline.com are not covered under any warranty. This information is indicated on the product page.
